Build strength, awareness, range of motion, balance and vitality! Chair Yoga aims to incorporate practical movement skills and moments of stress-reducing meditation. This class is primarily chair yoga with some standing and the opportunity to transition to the ground for rest at the end of class. Led by Jennifer Duffy and Tracy Matthias.
