This program is continuing into the fall!
Build strength, awareness, range of motion, balance and vitality! Chair Yoga aims to incorporate practical movement skills and moments of stress-reducing meditation. Classes are primarily chair yoga with some standing and the opportunity to transition to the ground for rest at the end of class. Thanks to SSM Health, this program is provided to you for free! Registration is not necessary.
